Missions

In our Global Purchasing Organization, we are looking for a Purchasing Analyst, located in our head office in Issy-les- Moulineaux. Under the responsibility of the Business Line Purchasing Director, and functionally reporting to the Global Purchasing Processes & Tools Manager, you will be in charge of delivering a consolidated, formalized and exploitable reporting on the Key Performance Indicators to the Purchasing Organization (Business Line Manager and Category Managers). In this position, you will be the key interface with the Local Purchasing Managers in Itron’s production facilities, and you will support them in the analysis of their results and in the understanding of the discrepancies with their budgeted performance indicator. You will aggregate the reporting coming from the plants to deliver consolidated results to the global purchasing stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the purchasing reporting processes and tools.

Profil recherché

We are looking for candidates with the following skills: - Engineering or Business school final year student, - Practical experience in an industrial environment preferred - Experience in corporate reporting and knowledge about purchasing performance indicators - High proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint - Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills - Ability to work in a global and complex organization - International mind set, overseas experience a plus - English/French: fluent/negotiation level
